Not sure what to say?

To The Bishop Family,
We were deeply sadden to see that Bolivar had left this world but we know he is in a better world now. Many who have gone before him are rejoicing to have him among them. He will never be forgotten. He was the finest, kindest person whom everyone wanted to know. He was a true friend in time of need.
God Bless your family.

Bolivar was a good man and although in these later years the only contact we had with him was to pay our land taxes. When we lived in Deridder the few times we met he was very cordial.
So Peace be with his family We will pray that God will give them the peace that can only come from him.

My prayers and thoughts are with Bolivar and his family. Boliver was my friend since we were in High School. He supported our family in many ways. I pray that God will grant him eternal rest and happiness.

To the Family of Bolivar Bishop:
I began my law enforcement career in January 1971. Sheriff Bishop was what a "Sheriff" is all about. He knew every aspect of law enforcement. He was always kind and quiet a gentleman. The Law Enforcement Family of Louisiana has lost another great one.
Charlene Rachal 38 years with West Feliciana Sheriff's Department, St. Francisville, La.

Please accept our deepest sympathies.

Harriette and Family: Joyce and I extend our sincerest condolences to you during your time of loss in the passing of Boliver. I served 22 years as sheriff with Boliver and always had high respect for him because of his dedication and loyalty to law enforcement. He will be deeply missed by many. Our prayers are with you and your family.

I remember when I was 16, Sheriff Bishop called my Daddy to let him know that I had a couple of tickets. He taught me a lesson and I tried very hard not to speed any more. He was a great man and will truly be missed.

Sheriff Bishop was one of the greatest men I have ever known who earned the respect of many. Ms. Harriett, you and your family will be in my prayers. He will be missed. Rest In Peace, Sheriff

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
