Dear Mrs. Lacoste, Steve and Janet ... I was shocked when my mom called to give me the news. Life doesn't seem fair sometimes and this is one of those moments. Mr. Locaste was one of the good guys. Growing up I always enjoyed his laugh ... unique and infectious. To this day, he remains my favourite mayor! I know this is a very sad and difficult time for you and your families. You have my very deepest sympathy.
