Marcel G. Levesque

Marcel G. Levesque, age 85, of Twin Brook Lane, Coventry, and formerly of Coit Avenue, West Warwick, died on Sunday, June 2, 2013 at home. He was the husband of the late Germaine A. (Lajeunesse) Levesque. Born in West Warwick, a son of the late Wilfred and Angelina (Blanchette) Levesque, he was a life-long resident of West Warwick until moving to Coventry one year ago. Mr. Levesque was employed as a weaver at the former Weaving Corporation in West Warwick for 22 years, retiring in 1979. He is survived by two sons, Denis M. Levesque of West Warwick and Marc A. Levesque of Richmond; two daughters, Andree M. Levesque of Warwick and Lyne D. Pancarowicz, with whom Marcel lived; three brothers, Julian Levesque of Johnston, Guy Levesque of Coventry, and Rheal Levesque of Florida; two sisters, Lillian Levesque of Coventry and Gisele Colozzo of West Warwick; and two grandchildren, Alysa Vieira and Christopher Levesque. He was the brother of the late Alfred A. Levesque, Norman L. Levesque, Claire Melancon, and Carmel Baron. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, June 6, at 10 a.m. in Christ the King Church, 120 Legris Avenue, West Warwick.
