I am very sorry that I was not able to make it to Marcella's funeral. I wish my girls could have come also, but none of us were able to get flights on time. In my last converstation with Marcella, not long before the stroke, she seemed happy and energetic, and sounded pleased with her new surroundings. Dear Plotkin Family,
I recently met your mother at Schenley Gardens. She dined at my fathers table. She was such a lovley women and was very kind. My father is quite ill and she took great intrest in him. May you find comfort at this time.
