Not sure what to say?

Marcella Keyes was my master teacher in her fifth grade classroom at Bonita Avenue Elementary in 1980. It was her guidance, encouragement, and wisdom that gave me confidence and courage in my own classroom years for 44 years with LAUSD. She was a phenomenal force in the lives of her students and anyone else fortunate to cross her path.

My condolences to the family. She was a nice person. Grateful to have met her. Keith, sorry for your loss. Same to you Kristen. If you see this, Keith call me. 817-513-2405.

May your light shine on!

I had the opportunity to meet Mrs. Keyes once during Xavier’s Annual Queens Bruch. But she left a lasting impression on me. She will be truly missed by her Xavier Family!

Marcella was a delightful and loving person with a gracious and generous heart. Her love for life, family and friends was genuine and unlimited. She embodied the tenets of her faith. We were blessed to have known her. Our condolences to the family.

My condolences for the loss of such a beautiful person, and my congratulations on gaining a more beautiful angel in heaven to guide you on your daily journey.

Love, prayers, and peace to you all.
Jessel

Th world has lost someone special. Marcella was a colleague, friend and travel buddy. I looked forward to her invites to enjoy her authentic Louisiana Gumbo. May you find comfort in the memories you hold dear. My sincere condolences.
