Marcelo you will be greatly missed. Thank you for the lives you touched while you were here. I am so glad that you renewed your faith in God. I look forward to the day we meet again in heaven. May the Holy Spirit comfort and embrace your family and friends during this difficult time. All our love. Beth, Eric and Tanner Medemar

Marcelo, you were the best neighbor I could have ever asked for! And Laura and Aaralyn too...I am so thankful we have crossed paths so many times in our lives. Til we meet again my friend...

Marcelo will be greatly missed by all who knew him. My heart goes out to his family. I am blessed to know Aaralyn and her wonderful mother, Laura, who will most definitely keep Marcelo's spirit alive through his daughter.

Dr Van Drie, Jan and family:
While your hearts and souls are in mourning, Marcelo's spirit lives on in with the good work and spirited fight that he presented over the last two years. We grieve with your family for the loss.

Although we never met Marcelo, we have met his beautiful daughter Aaralyn numerous times with her incredible mother, Laura. Our hearts go out to the entire family and Laura!

I had only known Marcelo briefly, but his incredible spirit and enthusiasm stays with me to this day. What a terrible loss...Much love to his family and friends.

To the entire Van Drie family: words cannot express our sorrow for you all nor are there words to express our overwhelming joy that Marcelo is now pain-free and restored with our Holy Father in heaven. We knew Marcelo and loved his energy and his consistent love for life, family and friends. Our hearts ache with grief for Aaralyn, her mother, Brandi, Mr. & Mrs. Van Drie and all of Marcelo's siblings and their families (especially Aaron & Karen Van Drie our dear, dear friends). May you all...
