Not sure what to say?

I have four of Marcia's cookbooks. I was born in Indianapolis; however, my great-grandparents owned farms in northeast Indiana near Angola in LaGrange County. I have fond memories of the farm and the surrounding towns and lakes. Later, I moved to Washington, DC, and I was delighted by her PBS cooking show. She sent me autographed bookplates for my books. I was just looking at "Christmas in the Heartland", looking for recipes to make for my 2025 Christmas celebration. God Bless, you, Marica...

Discovered her wonderful cookbook heirloom recipes! Look forward to making them all! RIP

Marcia Adams was a literary friend as well as a personal friend.
Her intellect and her spirit set her apart and I shall miss her.

As a young girl Marcia and I would play together in Flint when she would visit her grandparents that lived across from me.
Her Mother was our daughters teacher, her Father our Sunday school teacher.
Our deepest symapthy to the family.
Charlotte Rogers McQuown and Fred McQuown.

Although I didn't know Marcia personally, her mother was my most favorite teacher ever ... with my arms around her knees, I sobbed on the last day of second grade. Having grown up in Orland and having Amish area roots, I adored Marcia's cookbooks and bought several as gifts. I'm sure she will be sadly missed by many.

Marcia was full of warmth and energy. I loved her joy of art, food and plants. She will be missed.
