Not sure what to say?

My family and I are touched and truly honored (though not surprised!)by all of the wonderful things you've written about our mother. She was kind, compassionate, funny, and above all, a wonderful mother, teacher, daughter, sister and friend. Not a day will go by for the rest of my life that I will not miss my mom and wish that she were here. But, I can take comfort knowing that she was loved by so many, and she will be remembered by so many. In this, she will never truly be gone. She lives in...

Ms axson i was shocked. I love you. You know you were like my second mom and I know you will be missed by so many people but I know you made a big impact on peoples lives. You had the greatest impact on my life than anymore of my teachers. I will never forget you. You tought me back at firstbaptist for about three years and were one of the best teachers I've had. Love you, rest in peace.

I am so sorry to read of Marcia's passing. We were classmates at Summerville many years ago and she taught my youngest son, Jonathan, at Gazebo. Marcia spoke so softly and kindly - a gifted teacher. We are better people for knowing Marcia. Love & Blessings to her family, Aleene Taylor Kann

I am so very sorry to hear of her death. She was a great women with great sprit, and loved everyone. She taught me at Mims Acadmey in Harleyville in 1991 and 1992, she was my first and second grade teacher, and I will never forget her. She was their for me through the loss of my grandmother and did everything she could to help make it better. She was one special person that I will never forget. I still have a stuffed animal that she gave me 16 years ago and will always keep it in memory of...

I am so saddened to hear about the loss of a wonderful caring woman. Marcia and I taught fifth grade together at DA. She loved teaching and her students. Marcia had a gift. She touched the lives of everyone who knew her. She will be missed! My thoughts and prayers are with her children. Your Mom was so proud of you!

We were so shocked & sorry to hear about the loss of "Miss" Marcia. She was my son Tyler's most favorite teacher. I commend her on helping him find his self confidence which helped to make him the man/husband/Father that he is today. She was a teacher who truly cared for her students. She will truly be missed! God Bless Her!

Ms Marcia was the best teacher a student could ask for, and she was always their to let you cry on her shoulder and listen to your problems, she was the most wonderful person i ever met... i love and miss you..

I am so sad to hear about Ms. Marcia. She signed my wedding guest book as "your other mom" and it's true. She was such an inspiration, friend and truly another mom to me. I am so sorry to hear about her loss. Megan and Casey-I am praying for you and thinking of you.

There is so much to say about such a wonderful woman. What a gal!! She always had a way of making me laugh. She had one of the sharpest minds of anyone I know. Heather, you are right about how she always could tell you what the cat was thinking in the posters in her room. I loved sharing books with Marcia. She and I read "Lovely Bones" and planned on seeng the movie together. When I do see the movie, I will be thinking of Marcia completely!! I miss you so much!! I will never forget...
