Not sure what to say?

Ken and family
It has been a long time ago since I had the pleasure to meet your parents. It was when we were in college, a time of lots of fond memories. Your parents, thought I did not see them much, played an important role and all I can remember was warmth and kindness.
I wish you all many good memories of your Mom and may they strengthen you in the times ahead
Yours
Dirk

Dear Roger and family, we send our condolences. You have taught us much, and that wisdom and faith will hopefully carry you through the days ahead. Your mom sounds like a wonderful person.

Dear Roger,

You and your family are in our thoughts. Your mother was a remarkable woman and obviously touched many lives. We hope you find comfort in your memories. We are glad you have the pottery martini glass to make you smile.

Dear Roger,

May you and your family always feel the love she gave you, and may that love give you comfort and strength in these difficult times. I shall keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Roger, I will hold you and your wonderful family in my thoughts and prayers in the days and weeks ahead and hope that the beauty and inspiration of memories will keep and sustain you.

It's good to read Marcia's obituary and feel a sense of recognition of her from all that Roger's spoken of her. And also to see her so recognizably in her son - I only know Roger but boy can I see a family resemblance, both in face and character. What a great woman and human being. I'm so sorry for all the Bertsch family's loss of her - none of us is ever ready to lose a parent, and there's nothing like it. Glad you have a large family and love to help you through this time. My prayers...

Roger, My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. This is a difficult transition that you have walked "with" other before. It feels patronizing to say - "let yourself be with this moment." but I know I needed that reminder myself. Take a deep breath and know where you are and be there. Consider yourself hugged - until we meet again.

Peace, kimi

I loved reading about your wonderful mother. She loved you well and you surely loved her well also. Your family will have such good memories to cherish in the years ahead. My sympathy for your loss. Janet Hughes

Losng one's mother is hard, no matter how old you are, no matter how old she is. After all, she's the first person you ever loved. So we grieve with you. She sounded like the mother everyone would like to have.
