Not sure what to say?

So many fond memories. Sending Jim and the kids love and prayers. Anita & Dave

I was deeply saddened to hear of Marci's passing. She was a delightful and cheerful person and a joy to be around.

My sincere condolences go to her family and friends. We all benefit from people like Marci and her lasting impact on society.

Sincerely,

Herman Holt

Jim and Family, Marci gave so much of herself to all of us. I keep seeing the words kind, loving, and generous. That pretty much sums up Marci. She had a sweet nature about her and was always easy to talk with. We had connections in our history with moving out to the country, sharing a house at different times, football games, and children. We will miss her and send our love to her family.

I loved her so much. I am coming home on Tuesday. I will try to come to see you when I come home home with my mom.

So many Super Bowl games together are great memories. Our children learned about football and enjoyed playing together every year. Food and fun!!! Rest in Peace Marci. Miss you already.

We were shocked to hear of Marci's passing. She embodied such vitality! We think of her warmth, energy, commitment to just and good things, curiosity, and her devotion to family and friends. Just a few weeks ago, we were in touch about postcard campaigns related to the '24 election. What a loss to the community and to everyone who knew her. Our hearts go out to Jim, their children, and granddaughters. She loved you all so much! May memory of her be a blessing. Margie and Barry Checkoway

Jim and Family, Voices from a long time ago. Seeing Marci's photo with that great smile brought back memories of Marci's time as a conference coordinator with the U of Michigan's Extension Service. This probably helped build her interest in gerontology where she also shined. May she rest in Peace and may your happy memories never cease. J. Downs Herold

Jim, I am so sorry for your loss, but congratulations on 54 years of being together. From the read she must have been amazing. RIP Marcia. Yours in Service, Todd Lands

I just recently met Marci and Jim. We discovered a mutual interest in the local marionette history. Their book is beautiful, and their passion for preserving local history is inspiring. Marci was a lovely person, and this obituary speaks of woman who meant so much to many. I´m so sorry for the family´s loss.
