Marcia Garner, wife of David H. Garner, passed away February 5, 2014.
She was born Marcia Jean, daughter of Leland Evans and his wife Hortense Farr, in Pocatello, Idaho, October 4, 1935. She met and married David, in the Idaho Falls Temple.
She is survived by her husband and children: Brian (Ann) of Kaysville, UT., Dean (Lisa) of Layton, UT., Jan (Stan) of Washington, UT., and Joan (Jason) of Newcastle, CA., also a foster son, David H. (Rochelle) Jensen of Rigby, ID.
She was ever the defender of her children and grand children. Her legacy is her children, grandchildren, and great grand children, who speak of her with reverence and love. Her posterity now number above fifty people, who are her pride and joy.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 8, 2014, at 11:00 a.m., at the Red Cliffs 8th Ward Chapel, 595 E. Center St., Ivins, UT. A viewing will be held prior to the service from 9:30-10:30 a.m. also at the chapel. Interment will follow at the Ivins City Cemetery.
