Not sure what to say?

My husband, Jamie Traver, and I echo the many expressions of sympathy upon the loss of Marcia's gentle spirit. We were both high school classmates of Marcia's and in more recent years shared a few wonderful afternoons enjoying performances of the Open Hand Theater circus. After high school, Marcia and I went on to Colgate. A summer study abroad program culminated with a whirlwind trip to France, Spain and Switzerland; never to be forgotten. DEAR REV. & MRS GRIMM,
SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT YOUR DAUGHTER. MAY GOD BE WITH YOU AND HER FAMILY.
LOVE YOU ALWAYS

There are few words that can express one's sympathy and sadness upon learning that a classmate, friend and such as talented individual has passed away.

My fondest memory of Marcia was that of her playing the chimes on Alfred Reed's "Russian Christmas Music" with the concert band our senior year. Having had piano experience, but none in percussion, Marcia mastered the part - the bells of St. Petersberg came alive once again.

Dear Bob & Bobbie:
Our deepest heartfelt sympathy is extended to you and the family on the loss of your daughter Marcia. We will be thinking of you and praying for you in the days ahead.

I was very saddened to read of Marcia's passing today when I picked up the paper. Marcia and I graduated from JD together in 1972 and were very close friends. We had some fantastic sleep overs with a bunch of girls we hung out with all through high school. They were some fun, crazy, good time cheerleaders.

I've been watching Marcia on the internet from afar as far as her success, always hoping to run into her someday back in Syracuse. I'm glad she found happiness on the left...

Marcia will be missed at the Dolphin club but her spirit will remain an inspiration.
