I am reminded of what a kind and creative person Marcia was every day I get to enjoy her beautiful artwork at home and work. She was truly one of a kind, and I am sad every day I don't get to show her how I've progressed in my own artwork. I hope she is resting easy, knowing how many lives she touched with her talents.

Hi grandma it's me Ryan I just wanted to say hi and I love you

I'm shocked and saddened to hear of Marcia's passing. As fellow artists in the dog world we shared many shows and experiences together. She was a remarkably talented artist in so many media. She was also so helpful and a good friend with a terrific sense of humor. I will treasure the wonderful memories. My condolences to her son and daughter in law and their twins.

I knew Marcia over many years as I asked her for advise and she freely gave it on art and dogs. Most recently I would spend time with her when she came out to my hometown here in Wilmington,Ohio and the Eukanuba Hall at Robert's Center where the afghan national dog shows have been, and most recently the Bull Terrier events there. I'm grateful that I got to spend this time with her,and I will always remember her and be grateful for her many insightful tips on dog artwork and purebred...

We were sadly made aware of the death of Marcia Van Woert. A person we both loved and enjoyed. Her talents, as an animal artist, expressly horses and dogs is beyond comparison and will leave a large void in artistic world. Not a day goes by that we do not think of her and the memories she help to create for us. A friend we are grateful to have had.

I have a number of Marcia's paintings of Afghan Hounds all framed professional to make sure they were displayed to best advantage. I love all these paintings, and get so many compliments on them. Her work of other breeds was just as awseome. A truely great artist has been lost, and she'll be missed greatly by those of us that she brough such joy to thru her work. I'm so sorry for your loss. Bless you!

My sincere condolences.
