What I will miss the most was Marcia's smile that could brighten a room and her contagious laughter. A dear friend of my mother's, I would often be called mistakenly Marcia's name. It was usually when my mother and I were working on something or shopping and I always felt honored when I was called "Marcia" because I knew she was her closest friend. My heart goes out to her family as you mourn her passing and celebrate her life.

Marcia and I have been friends for 85 years. She was a true friend. We started Kindergarden ,High School , roomed together in college and taught together. We enjoyed shopping, theater and just being together. She was a wonderful wife, mother, and friend. I will miss her.

Truly a blessing. She taught me in 5th grade at Spring Creek Elementary. Now 53 she left an indelible impression and memory in my life. You only get a few teachers like that in your life and she was one. God Bless.
