Marco R. Webster was born in Glendora, Mississippi on December 9, 1953; he was the oldest son of Lucille and Gennie Webster. Marco departed this earth on March 18, 2009. His parents, one brother, Willie Webster and two sisters, Dora Mae Green and Toni Ann Webster preceded him in death. Marco attended Coahoma High School in Clarksdale, Mississippi. He moved to St. Louis, Missouri where he completed his education at McKinley High School. Marco was employed at I.T.T. Connector Casting Company for over twenty years. He negotiated union contrasts for many years after retirement. He enjoyed rehabbing houses and sitting by the Mississippi River. He also enjoyed traveling and initiating a debate. He was baptized at an early age; and now a member of New St. Paul Primitive Baptist Church in East St. Louis, Illinois, where he faithfully served as a Deacon. Marco is survived by: his loving and devoted wife, Gloria Barnes Webster; his children, Marcus Gray of Memphis, Tennessee, Eric (Jeaneen) Webster of St. Louis, Missouri and Marco Webster, Jr. of Florida; step children: Alishia Campbell, Percy (Lisa) Campbell, Jr. of St. Louis, Missouri, Sharon Johnson of Texas and DeAndre Green of St. Louis, MO; his siblings: Dorothy (Jimmy) Robinson, Delores Greene, Claudia (Johnnie) Jefferson, Terry Faye Webster (Victory) Greenleaf all of St. Louis, Missouri, Deborah (Darrell) Spears of Cape Girardeau, MO, Legetto (Alonzo) Webster of Jefferson City, MO, Virginia Flowers of East St. Louis, Illinois, Archie (Marilyn "Baby Doll) Crawford, Roosevelt (Sherry) Brown of St. Louis, MO, Derry (JoAnn) Webster of Brinkley, Arkansas; 28 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and a best friend, L.B.
