I'm so sorry to hear of Marc's passing, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Marcus was opposing counsel on a case that I have. He was always a gentleman and also one of the most energetic and optimistic people I've met. I always looked forward to seeing him. I am saddened to hear of his death. My condolences and thoughts are with his family.
