Hally was a very close friend for 50 years. I was one of a small group who signed the partion to put Hally on the ballot to run for Nassau County Comptroler was back then. We played tennis on the grass courts at our local country club, fished together at the elegant salmon club in Quebec where brother Donnie was President. He had many wonderful stories of his days as a judge. I will greatly mss him Perry Welch

Coming from LI, I remember meeting Judge Christ at Levittown GOP meetings--it was a great thing to meet someone with MY last name, which was unusual to say the least. He sure dedicated his life to others.
