Not sure what to say?

I was Marcus' roommate at Kent State. I am very saddened to learn of his passing.

Rest in Peace Pig, the man that made North High football relevant for all his classmates and school friends. Gone, but never forgotten.

Deepest condolences to the Haywood family. I played football with Marcus at North High and he was an incredible athlete, but more than that he was a great person with an infectious smile. He will truly be missed.

To the Haywood family, so sorry for your loss.. Pig will be missed. God Bless, Sonya and Dimont Anderson

My condolences to the Haywood family, I had the pleasures of playing against and with Marcus my whole football career, the best years where at Kent State because I didn't have to chase him anymore…Instead I lead the way for his amazing runs. Pig was always a cool dude to be around and made any situation more enjoyable with his smile and humor…I am glad to have him as a friend who happened to be my teammate. Will be greatly missed, “PIG #24”
