Not sure what to say?

Marcus (and Sally) lived in Washington, NC for a few years in the early 90's. We became friends, I thought he was the coolest person I had ever met. Marcus and I were roommates at RISD for many a year, including 2 burnt out lofts above an abandon textile store He accompanied me and witnessed the open casket burial of my first and only love 50 years ago, Normabel Lee. He remarked, " I never saw anyones heart drop out on to the floor as yours did when you looked down upon her face". We both witnessed many other significant events together that impacted our lives, I still have one of the three pieces of art i got from him. See u soon

True artists are a rarity nowadays. Through the many ups and downs, and bouts of illness over the years, Marc never ceased his work and remained an inspiration to all who knew him - and a total original in all the various media he employed. Hey Marky Marky - see you soon, so get the fish fingers ready. Love and admiration - as ever x

My deepest sympathies. Love, Cousin Nancy Tiley
