Thoughts and prayers to Marcus´ family. I met Marcus as a 17 year old incoming Freshman at Southern University. He was my first roommate and I followed him everywhere that first semester. I remember him taking me to Many for a weekend visit. His family and the people of Many were some of the nicest people I have ever met. Even though Marcus and I lost contact with each other after graduation I often wondered what he was up to. I´ll always remember his smile and his willingness to help...

I will always remember his wonderful smile! He was the kindest gentleman and I loved working with him at southeast middle school and our many years of ESY!
