I will always remember maren as the girl who took the time to befriend me during our time together in spain. Her outgoing charm and friendly personality attracted me to her immediatley, and she made my experience there unforgetable. I cannot express how deeply sorry I am for your family's loss...showed me such hospitality when i stayed with them in NYC. You are a wonderful family and had a wonderful daughter.

I can't begin to say how upset and sad I am to know about Maren. I travelled to Spain with her several summers ago and had one of the best two weeks of my life with Maren. I'll never forget the walks with her through red brick streets, late night laughs over gelato, and adventures through the city. i loved every minute i spent with her.

Maren was such a wonderful person. Always so happy and nice. She was such a good friend and I will always remember and treasure the times with her. I got to know her through Hamilton Soccer for 3 years. She was a good friend inside and outside of practice and I will miss her dearly. Your love lives on Maren and we will always remeber you for the good times. I love you girl and ill miss you SO MUCH.

I played soccer with Maren for the past 2 years on the Cheetahs team, although I felt like I knew her longer. She was such a part of this team; it'll never be the same without her. We'll never forget her.

We cannot imagine the pain your dear family is feeling right now. May you find strength in our Lord and Savior. All of you will be remembered in our prayers.

Maren was a bright and beautiful girl. I knew her from the YMCA Youth & Government Program. I only met her once, but that one time brightened my day. Her smile made the whole room light up. I am sorry and if you need anything at all please do not hesitate to contact me. I will do all i can to help you in this time of tragedy.
