Not sure what to say?

Mrs Ari was my son´s 5th grade teacher at Helen Keller. When she ran for public office, and unfortunately lost, she carried her head high and came in to teach the next day as usual. I admired her because she was able to show her students how to carry on. Maggie was strict and kind at the same time. Our son was very fond of her and she helped him learn to focus. Maggie wasn´t afraid to try anything new. She was a very classy, strong and kind woman.

I still think of Maggie often and the many times we attended the symphony together in the late 90's. She was always gorgeous, from the 60's, when I first knew her, to her final years. She and Mom are surely having good times together still. Peace and blessings to the family.

Maggie and my mother Than were good friends in the 60's, always balancing motherhood, fashion, and friendship with great style. Maggie was such a classy, intelligent, courageous woman. I was delighted to get to know her again in the late 90's when I moved back to CS, and to introduce her to Bob! Thank you for your call, Mike.
Blessings and love to all of you.

My thoughts and prayers are with all of you on this Thanksgiving day. I think I only met Maggie a couple times but she was wonderful, and I'm thankful I've had so many great experiences with Michael in the mountains and just around town, for the past 20 years. Peace and God Bless.

My condolences Ed, Wendy,JP and family. Your mother was quiet a person Ed, I am very impressed by everything she accomplished. Wish I could have met her.

I remember as a new member of the Keller staff in 1977 Maggie seemed "bigger than life" and was always there to help a newbie find her way. She had a passion for working as an educator; in fact she was passionate about all that she did. I send my sympathy to her family and friends.

I mourn the passing of another part of Colorado Springs and my families history. Maggie was a good friend of my parents and had eulogized my dad's passing on her show in 1974. Go in peace, Maggie..

I met Maggie twice. Once in 1946 when my sister Margie married her brother Dwight. In the 80s I met her again at Steve Packard's home in Denver. She was a beautiful person.

My deepest condolences to my old friend, Ed, and the rest of your family. Your mom was quite a lady, and I have such fond memories of her. Best wishes...Steve Vela
