Ms. Bailey was the first neighbor to welcome us to 11th Avenue SW when my mother, sister, and I moved into our new home. Whenever a family on our block experienced a loss, illness, etc., Ms. Baily made sure that everyone on the block new about it and people that were able to financially contributed. She will truly be missed.

With deepest sympathy to the family. Mrs. Bailey was one special lady, she always greeted you with a beautiful smile and a warm hug. She was just a beautiful person with a beautiful personality to go with it. Praying that God will give the family peace and understanding during this sad time. Don't worry she's continuing with the prayer band in Heaven, and singing hymns to glorify Him.
