Not sure what to say?

Dear Betty,
I have not seen you in almost 50 years, but remember as though it was yesterday all the time you, Marshall & I spent playing when I was your neighbor 1956-1960. I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your mother & Marshall. I live in SW Va now in my grandparents old house. I have a photo of you, Marshall & I playing here on one occasion. It would be great to see you. I hope you are well and I wish you peace and comfort as you grieve your mother. Sharon Custer-Boggess

Dear John,
I'm not sure what mom is going to do now that she cannot go see Margaret. They were truly like sisters these past few years. My fondest memory will always be of you and Margaret singing in the choir at church when I was organist/ choir director. I'm glad that now she can sing in heaven's choir!
