To Jay and Marty, Your mom was my yoga teacher and an inspiration to me in many ways through the years. I will miss her friendship and her great smile! My deepest condolences.

You are both in my thoughts at this sad time. I spent so much time at your house. Your Mom alway made me feel welcome. I can still see her, so pretty and petite, sitting on the couch with Sam right next to her. Such a long time ago.
I know how much you will miss her.
And all the organizations that were lucky enough to have her help will miss her, too.

Jay and Marty: did you ever realize the impact your family had on so many other families? I didn't know your parents really well; but I remember both as very welcoming the few times I was at your house...and your Mom will always be synonymous with the word "kind", to me. What a beautiful legacy she has left for all of us to remember her by! You and your families are in my thoughts and prayers.

I was sad to hear about the passing of your Mom. I still think about the times we would be at your house and how friendly and nice she always was to me. May God bless her and keep her in His Heavenly Home.

I have so many happy memories of our high school years, hanging out at your house, where your mother was like a mother to me and the rest of the gang as well. She was a remarkable lady. Her passing truly leaves a void in the world, and her example of parenting, of community service, of friendliness to all, will be a hard act to follow. It's hard to lose a Mom. I am Janie Sullivan's sister, and I knew your dear, late brother Jack and used to love to come over to your house to visit. Your mom was so relaxed and made me feel welcome. I felt so sad to see that she has died. I hope that you are comforted in knowing she is now with your dad and Jack, whom she missed so much. My sincerest condolences to you both.
