Not sure what to say?

Fond memories of Margaret.

One day I decided to take my grandchildren to the Ohio Scottish games. I thought they should know something about their heritage. So off we went! Before leaving that day I managed to scribble Margaret Callander`s phone number down on the inside of a lunchbox with an eyebrow pencil. Margaret was not easy to get a hold of. But since I had no other phone number I persisted. From that encounter Margaret ended up being a close family friend. She ended up with seven Highland dancers, two became...

What an amazing legacy Margaret is leaving... She touched so many lives in so many ways and her lifelong commitment to the Scottish Arts will be remembered for generations to come! She will be missed! Rest in peace Margaret. Sincerely, The Mihalics, The Mihalic sisters and The Urquharts

My deepest sympathy to the family I was a friend of Margaret´s when we were very young at Glenville presbyterian church

Many wonderful & fondly remembered memories of Margaret. Not only did we work together when we were young but she was maid of honor at my wedding and godmother to my first born. We kept in touch when I moved out of state. She even traveled to Texas to attend my 50th wedding anniversary and gave me candlesticks that her parents (who had always been sweet to me) received on their 50th anniversary - something I will always treasure. She was a friend for over 60 years and was loved and will...

Aunt Margaret and my Mother were as close as sisters. Always spoke from the heart and indeed help us as a family through our lives. We love you and my thoughts are with you . Mum will be happy for you to be by her side again. God bless Derrick & family

Many wonderful memories of lessons, the Games and all of the hard work and important contributions Margaret put in to making sure that the Scottish culture would remain alive and well in the United States. She was a force to be reckoned with and will be remembered fondly by her students and all of those who worked so hard to keep the Ohio Scottish Games alive.

So many wonderful memories of my dancing days.

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always.
