What a beautiful write-up about Peggy and so true. The Canty's were neighbors to my Grandmother on Cushing Avenue. They were wonderful people. My memory is that they always celebrated everything that had to do with the City of Boston. Any function or forum that I attended, I was sure to see Peggy. Peggy was very kind, knowledgable and interested in everything. A few years ago we had her to Christmas dinner at my Mother's. She was great fun and good company. Rest in peace Peggy.

My dear cousin, Peggy Anne, will be sorely missed. She meant so much to our family. She was a TREASURE! I'm sure she's regaling the angels with her fascinating memory and stories! She has now achieved her dream (in a way) of being an astronaut. :) God love you, Peggy Anne! We love you!

Peggy Anne, RIP dear friend. Thank you for all that you taught me in the 48 years that I have know you. I remember as a brand new grand you came to the Coronary Cary Unit, CCU at Carney 11pm to 7am shift. You introduced yourself to me and told me to put on the kettle for a cup of tea and that you would be back to do in service education for my orientation. Thank you for all that you taught and shared with me and especially the laughs at work at Carney, our trips and our trips to Ireland. ...

"Peg" Synonymous with the Carney family! She was totally devoted to her family at home and at the hospital. Am so glad I got to see Peg at the Carney gathering in December of 2015. She had not changed a bit and knew all that was going on at the Carney. Hoping that all the kind words of others help the family to get through this most difficult time. She will be very missed by many! God rest her soul...
