May God grant Peggy eternal rest with Him in Heaven. I knew her when she and Father Hudson came to Mayor Dunn in the City of Elizabeth, looking for a grant to start Hospice. The Mayor assign Neil DeHaan and myself to help them--which we did...I've enjoyed a very cordial and professional relationship with her ever since that occasion. God grant her a peaceful repose.
