Margaret Cook

COOK, MARGARET COBURN – age 91, died Saturday, October 4, 2025, in Tecumseh, Michigan. 

Funeral service will be held at 12noon on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at Davison United Methodist Church, 207 East 3rd Street, Davison, Reverend Rob McPherson officiating.

Contributions may be made to Davison United Methodist Church. 

Visitation will be at 11am Thursday, until the time of service at the church.  

Private burial in Sunset Hills Cemetery. 

Margaret was born in Flint, Michigan on November 10, 1933, the daughter of the late Raymond and Mary (Williams) French. 

Margaret married Frank Cook on Jan 30, 1955, at Oak Park Church in Flint. He preceded her in death on January 11, 2016.

Margaret was a member of the Davison United Methodist Church, Genesee County Medical Society Auxiliary, Jr. League of Flint, Michigan.

She loved traveling and enjoyed snow skiing. Her life work was with family, her church and missions.    

Surviving are children, Caren C. Albercook, Marianna E. Steele, Rebecca J. Cook, Christopher W. Cook, William J. Cook; 

Nephew Daniel H. Cook;

6 grandchildren, Kyle and Laurel Steele, Alexander and Madeline Albercook, Jonas and Jacob Cook;

3 great grandchildren Isaac Steele, Edith Steele and Henry Steele.
