I rode to Luers with Margie and Sally when Sally and I were freshmen. Marige and I sat in back and I used to tease her that I spent more time in the back seat with her than any other guy. She'd squint and give me that big smile. The Stecklers are a special bunch.

I'm stunned and saddened to see the news of Margie's death. She is the second Luers classmate to leave us in the past few months. I remember her laugh and spirit. Please know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers.
