i was terribly sad to hear about the loss that robby and his family had recently experienced. simple condolences are not enough to fill the void left, but that is all that we can give. i have never personally dealt with losses in my immediate family so i can only empathize with your loss. i can only hope that the knowledge that your grandma is missed by many will make the coping process easier to bear.
