Grandmom it has been so hard without you. as you no aunt tine is having a baby. i cant wait to see you and mom mom and poppy nick and poppy buttons. i have been playing ball and made it to the allstars. i really miss you and pray to you every night, and mom mom and pop. sorry i am writin so late. were goin to the shore this week end.i think of you down there. i love you rest in peace. fly high

How I loved my Aunt Margaret. She was feisty, fun, and sometimes foul-mouthed (which made me giggle as a little girl). I was proud of her for all of those things. She was so ahead of her time.

Everyone wanted to be near her. It was pretty special to be in her circle of friends. She was the star of the show at Consolation and I can remember sitting as close to the stage as possible in those hard chairs, watching in amazement as she, very naturally, captivated the audience with her...

My Aunt Margaret:

You never knew what was going to come out of her mouth. As a child it was so much fun to have an aunt who was a rebel like her. She was unique, saying what was on her mind. She was strong, yet sensitive. There was nothing shy about her and she was not afraid of anything or anybody. She used to give me her pocketbooks which I loved. I think what I am going to miss the most was our yearly trips to the Cherry Hill mall during the Christmas holidays. The last...
