I did not know Maggie Duck personally, but I certainly respected her. I was Minister at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Windsor until this past August, and just this past June we acknowledged the fact that Maggie was the longest serving woman ordained as an elder in that congregation, as we celebrated the fortieth anniversary of the ordination of women in the Presbyterian Church in Canada.
