Margaret E. Douglas Lehrman

Margaret Elizabeth Douglas Lehrman, 92, of New Eagle, died Wednesday, August 31, 2016 in her home. She was born November 19, 1923 in West Brownsville, the daughter of Thomas and Margaret  Master Sollosi.
Margaret was a member of Riverview Baptist Church in New Eagle. She retired after 18 years working as an aid at Mayview State Hospital. Margaret enjoyed bowling, sewing, baking, crocheting and knitting.
She is survived by  two daughters, Margaret "Peggy" Nelson and  Janice L. Douglas, both of Monongahela; three grandchildren, David Douglas, Bradley J. and Melissa A. Nelson; three great grandchildren, Andrew and Savannah Douglas and Ali Nelson; sister, Julie Mellor of New Eagle; three brothers, Tom and wife Ruth Sollosi of New Eagle,  Mike and wife Gloria Sollosi of Whitehall, Steve Sollosi of Elrama; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Herbert I. Douglas; her second husband, William Lehrman; son, John H. Douglas; son-in-law, James Nelson; granddaughter, Apryl Douglas; and a brother, John Sollosi.
Friends will be received on Friday, September 2, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm   in the Frye Funeral Home, Inc., 427 West Main Street, Monongahela, where services will be held on Saturday, September 3, 2016 at 11:00 am with the Rev. Raymond DiCamillo officiating. Interment will follow in the Monongahela Cemetery.
