Not sure what to say?

I am so grateful to have known "Dooley"--the most amazing mother who raised such a beautiful daughter. I am over the moon, as she must be too, that her namesake Margaret Dooley O'Brien has been welcomed into the world. What a gift that we get to think of Dooley every time we see sweet Molly. Love never ends!

The years that I was stationed in Charleston. I appreciate Dooley cheerful smile and the times she assisted us in many ways. Especially when we had bulk mailings to do. Her smile and cheerfulness always brought joy to all she encountered. May she rest in peace. With much prayer. I will remember her in the weeks before Christmas. Sr. KATHLEEN THOMAS, DSP

How sad I am to see this news. Dooley was so amazing and every bit the woman described in this obituary. Having known her is one of my fondest memories of my time in Charleston. May she be enjoying a glorious reward in heaven that she so richly deserves.

What a wonderful woman!! Dooley was always a cheerful presence and a loving friend. Sr Margaret, Daughters of St Paul

This is so sad for us. Dooley was a lovely lady that we enjoyed seeing every time. A real pleasure to be around and know. Dooley was a favorite of my mother's and we will miss her very much.

So sorry to see this. Dooley was a friend of Sister Miriams at the Charleston Home for children and always included my brother and me in various school activities. We have fond memories of her and her husband. My condolences to the family. Betsy LaHay Mabee.

I am terribly saddened to learn of your sweet mom´s passing. Year May have passed but I will always have the fondest childhood memories of your fun loving mother. She was one of a kind. May her soul rest in eternal peace. I´m praying for your family especially your sweet Dad during this incredibly sad time

Sending lots of love to all who knew and were close with Dooley. Cal and I first met Ed and Dooley when we honeymooned in Charleston at Emma and Jamie´s home. They were both (along with Eddie and Dan) so overwhelmingly welcoming and friendly. It´s a privileged to have spent time with her, a wonderful woman xx
