Margaret Victoria FLEMING

We have just read in the Openake and Coastal News of the death of Margaret and wish to send our condolences to her family. We met Margaret when visiting Barbara in Truro Place and would meet her at Mass occasionally when visiting New Plymouth. She was always a very stylish and elegant lady. Rest in Peace.

To Trish, Michael, Eileen and families, we were sorry we were unable to attend Margaret's farewell but watched the celebration of her life from the West Coast and then swam in the ocean for her! (like you suggested Trish). Aunty Margaret was a great lady and her organising skills together with Uncle Bernie meant we all enjoyed several extended family celebrations at Kahui Road which are now great lifetime memories. Once again our deepest sympathy to you all. May she now be at peace. Love...

My condolences to the Fleming family. Margaret was a very dear friend of my mum, Mary Gordon, nee McEldowney. They played netball together for many years. It was nice to see a photo of Margaret with mum, in their netball gear, shown in the Pictorial Memories at the funeral. Deepest sympathies, also, from my father, Maurice.
