Dear Family,
I am deeply saddened by Margaret's passing. I cannot remember a time in my life that she was not a part of. Her life was dedicated to taking care of her family, as well as the extended family she gained through the Halifax Hotel. Some of my most wonderful memories are staying at the Halifax, and Margaret was my "beach mother", looking out for me when my family was not there. She was the perfect hostess and the hotel would not have had the family atmosphere and character...
