So sorry to hear about the loss of your Mom. I moved to TX in 2000 to be close to Donna. Nancy Gillette & I stay in contact & she sent me a newspaper clipping of your Mom's obituary. Both of your parents were great folks & they had a tremendous influence on our family. May GOD give you all comfort & joy, knowing they are both together, worshiping GOD & JESUS face to face. Dear Harris Family,
We were so saddened to read of Mrs. Harris death. I know she is in a better place, but will be so missed. Your mother and father took my mother to church at Beech Street for several years. We loved them. We really regreted seeing them move from Decatur, even though it was for the best. Brother Harris used to say something to the effect that he wasn't going to a "holding place" after he died. He was going straight to Heaven. Won't it be great for him to be rejoined...
