Not sure what to say?

For years, I heard about Elizabeth Harrison from Curtistine Earnest, who simply referred to her as "my friend Elizabeth". Little did I know that Elizabeth, and her family, would have such an impact on my life. Her sweet mom taught both of my sons, Adam and Andrew, at Broadmoor Baptist Preschool. God bless her for that! And then, Elizabeth carried on the teaching legacy and taught Adam his junior year in the team class at Captain Shreve. We thought that was so neat, that he had both mother...

To the Harrison family,
It is not often that you can trace the influence of someone directly to the life path one of your children. I can do that with Elizabeth and Jeremy, my son. She was his 4th grade teacher at Southfield School (which was where I first met her) and her encouragement and love for these children was such a blessing. She was instrumental I believe in the choice he made to major in journalism at college. My daughter Elizabeth was taught by Elizabeth H. in the 3rd grade...

God has blessed me so by knowing Elizabeth...she will always be such a major part of my Captain Shreve/Baylor experience. I'm only sorry that it took her illness for us to spend the time to rekindle our friendship. I'll write you a longer letter later, I just wanted you to know that the service touched me deeply; it was so God-honoring. You are in my prayers and I love you both!

Dear Johnny and Betty:
Elizabeth, her name means "The Gift of God". I did not know her, but in reading this Guest Book, I can she that she was, indeed, God's Gift not only to you two, but to all who came in contact with her.

I was so saddened to get the email from Belvin when I returned from visiting my sister in California. May the Holy Spirit comfort you and your family in this time of loss. God Bless and keep you both.

In His Name, Lynda Kemble Richter

I worked in Human Resources at Charter Forest Hospital when Elizabeth worked there and she was a very kind, compassionate, professional person. Although I have not seen Elizabeth since that time I feel very fortunate to have known her. She is now living in God's home and will suffer no more. May God bless all of her family during this time.

Belvin sent me the link to the talk Elizabeth gave at her church while she was battling her disease. I have been praying for her since viewing that touching testimony. She was such a beautiful Christian & an inspiration to many. like me, that never even knew her. Please accept my sympathy for your great loss.

My sweet friend has achieved what I have yet to gain. Not to imagine; but, to know what it is to be in the Father's presence.

The service yesterday was amazing and just how Elizabeth would have wanted it to be! I laughed more than I cried, although I did plenty of both! From the "Chri-ma" party comment (I do remember her excellent imitation abilities) to the story of how Mr Harrison did as David (worshipped the Lord) after his son had died in 2 Samuel, I was overwhelmed with the legacy Elizabeth left, the lives she touched and the joy she now knows fully in the presence of our Lord. Know that the symphony of...

Mr and Ms Harrison,
I was devastated to find that Elizabeth had passed during my vacation. I fully expected to come back to work and get her ready for the "Boat Ride" that I promised. My thoughts ans prayers are with you and your family. Please contact me if I can do anything for you and your family. Missing my classmate that I was just getting to know again. Jeri Class of 1984 Capt Shreve High School.
