I have many memories of Mrs. Hester as my third grade teacher at Thomas Jefferson School. She loved reading to us, especially stories from the Paddington Bear series.

Mrs. Hester was my Third Grade teacher at Thomas Jefferson for the 1978/9 school year. Because of her my kids know Paddington Bear. Incubating six chicken eggs and two duck eggs were a highlight from my education and I am grateful she was my teacher. My sincerest condolences to her family.
