Not sure what to say?

Betty, John, Jane, and Agnew, I have been praying for each of you and your families since I first heard this news. Your mother, my teacher and friend, was a very loving and wonderful woman. I remember the many stories she shared with us as she taught us to strive to be the "best". Thank you for sharing her with all of Woodmont. She was an inspiration and a model for all of us who teach today. May God continue to "hold you in the palm of His hand" and bring you comfort and peace in the days to...

Betty, John, Jane and Agnew, Please accept my deepest sympathy at the passing of your Mom. We have all lost a truly special lady. I pray for you all daily. Sam Hammond

You are all in my thoughts and prayers as you go through this sad time. We have lost a truly special lady.

We were so sorry to hear of your loss. The thoughts of many are with you at this time of sorrow.

I never saw your mother that she wasn't smiling or laughing. Her zest for life was contagious. We were so happy to see her at the '75/76 class reunion. I know that she will be greatly missed.

Betty, John, Jane and Agnew, your mother was the best friend of the Class of 1971. I, for one, will never forget her kindness, advice, and laughter. I am so happy we were able to see her and talk with her at the Farm last April at our 40th reunion. You are in my prayers.

Betty, Jane, John, Agnew and Families. I was saddened to learn of your Mother's death. What a wonderful life she lived. She was such a wonderful inspiration to all around her. It's up to all of you now to carry on her legacy. We will always remember the life she lived. My prayers are with you all.

Agnew - please accept my condolences on the loss of your mother. Know that your family will be in our prayers for peace and comfort.

A beautiful person inside and out. I have never heard any of her former students speak negatively of her. I was a graduate of Woodmont 1972. She still stands out in my mind after all these years. She used to send me to Burger King to get her lunch. I so loved her.
