Margaret Jenkins

I have known and worked with Margaret for years from The Community Women's Club to the Longmeadow Election Committee. She always had a smile and a good word for all. She will be missed by many.

Dear Kathy, Billy, and Bobby
It is with great sadness that we received word that your mother has left this world to join your father in a place of eternal peace and happiness.
We often reminisce about the friendships we shared on King Phillip. Having your family as our next door neighbor was special. Your mother welcomed us from Michigan as if she had known us forever. Each of you has provided us with fond memories we continue to cherish.

Please accept my condolences. Margaret was a familiar face at my parents' home. She brought communion to my folks and it always made their day. She was their connection to the community, tireless and always thinking about others.

Margaret was one of the kindest and nicest ladies I have ever met. Always smiling and doing for others. She will be missed by so many.

Longmeadow, the Church, planet Earth, and Humanity have all benefited from the presence of Margaret amongst us. Even though my acquaintance with her was short lived, I cherished her as a life long friend.
May she now rest in peace and inherit the reward she so richly deserves!

Kathy,
My heart is so heavy with the grief you must be feeling. I will always remember her smiling face especially when we played soccer. She was so proud of you on that field!!!
She will be sadly missed by those who knew her.
I remember her at my mom's funeral in December 2012. She was so comforting to my family.

The Town of Longmeadow elections will not be the same without Margaret, she loved seeing everyone on Election Day and her eyes sparkled with excitement whenever she saw someone she knew voting. She will be missed. I am grateful to have met her and worked with her.
