Margaret Bee Judson, 84, of Point Pleasant Beach died peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday February 24th 2016. Bee was born in Manasquan and lived most of her life in Point Pleasant Beach, with a few years in Michigan and in Brick Township. She retired in 1990 after 30 years of service as a medical technician for Jersey Shore Associates and Pineland Associates. She also worked for Dr. Witte and Dr. DeBruzza and at Point Pleasant Hospital. Bee was a member of the Central United Methodist Church in Point Pleasant Beach for over 60 years. She was a proud 1949 graduate of Point Pleasant Beach High School, 1951 graduate of the University of Penn Hospital in Laboratory Technology, and in 1971 received her Bachelor's degree from Monmouth College. Bee was also a member of the American Society of Clinical Pathology since 1974.
Bee was predeceased by her husband Richard in 2005, her parents Bishop Oxenford and Lauretta Compton Oxenford, and her 4 older brothers. Surviving are her daughter Nancy of Point Pleasant Beach; her son Austin of Manahawkin, her son Barry and his wife Kathy of Brick; her sister Nancy Stephens and husband Bob of Brick, 11 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. She loved her large extended family, friends, church, and the patients she cared for.
A memorial service will be held on March 12, 2016 at the Central United Methodist Church at 11am. In lieu of flowers, donations in Bee's name may be made to the Central United Methodist Church of Point Pleasant Beach, 729 Arnold Avenue, Point Pleasant Beach NJ 08742. Van Hise and Callagan Point Pleasant Beach is in charge of arrangements.

I was saddened to hear of Aunt Bee's passing. I will always remember her cheerful way of making me smile and the songs she would sing and insist that we all sing along. She will be missed.
