A hundred years ago, when I was the "new kid on the block"., your Mom took me under her wings. She introduced me to her friends, to Washington PTA and to your Dad and the Sicilians. Shortly after meeting her, I needed to drive to Reading, PA, alone, to meet Lou who was working there. I had my old beat up station wagon, the weather was cold and icy. I received a call from Peg. Now this was way before cell phones. Her advice...

Miss Peggy was the first to watch my daughter last year at Kindercare when she started at 3 months old....and I'm glad she was. Thank you Miss Peggy.

Nancy and John, I don't even know what to say. But that I am truly sorry. Peg was and will always be a GREAT WOMAN! She wasn't just a friends mom to me. She was family to me as well. And please know that she will always be in your heart. All of you are in my thoughts and prayers. Please don't hesitate to call me if you need anything.
