Dear John and Rene,
My sister Mary Ellen just emailed me about the notice that your mother died. We are so sorry. We remember her fondly and are so glad we were able to visit her when we were with you in York. It doesn't seem that it was that long ago!

It is probably true that for my Aunt Margaret and your dear Mother, the time had come to say goodbye. She sounded so tired and weak the last time we talked.

I remember so much about her and its all good. Like the time she took me for my wedding gown during Moms serious illness. She was so helpful and we sure did have fun.

And let's not forget...

My prayers are with all of you. Thank you for entrusting Margaret to our care - she was a great lady to the end. I feel very lucky to have shared time with her and she made a mark on my heart. She loved her family very much and never tired of going though the pictures and telling such wonderful stories about her life.
