Margaret Ann McGuire

I just learned this S I heard about Peter. I am so sad about both as I spent so time with your family- I loved you all then and now.

To all you.. my dear dear friends from , it seems, a lifetime ago.
We were so saddened and startled to read of Maggie's untimely passing.. she is so much younger than we are. We're very sorry we weren't able to come to her memorial mass and give each of you a hug... for your sakes.., as well as ours...as we were out of state. May you all find comfort and may our dear Maggie Rest In Peace.

Dear John Paul, Larry, Mimi, Kathy, Peter and Amy, I am so very sorry about Margie and remember her and you all fondly. I'm sorry I couldn't be there to see you all but Marcia and John told me they saw you all. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you.

Margie and I were classmates at School of Social Work at SUNY Albany. We remained friends for many years. We lived very close to each other in Guilderland, before she moved to Thurlow Terrace. After I moved to Queens, NY, we maintained in communication and we always had lunch together every time I made the trip to Albany. Margie was a straight forward person with a wonderful sense of humor. I'm going to miss not seeing her on my next trip to Albany. My sincere condolences to the McGuire...

I enjoyed getting to know Margie and spending time with her and her sister, my dear friend Amy. My thoughts are with the McGuire family. Margie will be missed.

I just received the news this afternoon and am deeply saddened to hear of Margie's passing. I didn't know she was ill but it's been maybe a year or more since I last saw her at the house. Now my best and most significant memories go to our youth and the various neighborhood games we'd play.... those of us in the same age group. Our families were more than "just neighbors". Please accept my sympathies for the passing of your sister. Someone has to...

Margie was imaginative, creative and smart and as best friends throughout elementary & high school we were inseparable. We shared many adventures together most of them dreamed up by Margie. From forming our own Trailblazers Club and persuading all the girls in the class to join and go tromping around in knee deep snow on lunch hour to joining Junior Garden Club w/ her mom...

Losing someone we love never comes easy. It is truly heartbreaking. May God promise in Isaiah 65:17 comfort the family and friends.
