MARGARET AGNES MELLON

Margaret Agnes Mellon was born 7-7-1916 to Ernest & Sadie Geiser in Seattle, Washington.

She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, James Geiser Jr of Seattle, WA. and her beloved husband of 60 years, Harry Mellon in 2000.

She is survived by her daughter Jeanette Ruffner of Mount Vernon, grandchildren Mike, Paul, Meg and Cathy, great-granddaughter's Amber, Ariel, Misty & Melody, great-grandson Travis and great-great-granddaughter Haylie.

She grew up in Seattle, worked for Sears Roebuck for 30 years. She married Harry Allen Mellon while on a lunch break from work, both returning to their jobs that afternoon. They had one daughter Jeanette, their pride and joy.

Services will be Jan. 23rd at 12:15pm, Immaculate Conception Catholic Church located at 110 South 5th St. in Mount Vernon.

In lieu of flowers remembrances can be made to the Humane Society of Skagit County.

She will be missed by family and friends, but the memories will live on.
