Margaret “Meg” O’Toole (née Mulkerrin) died peacefully at Ascension Living Nazarethville Place on January 9, 2021 in Des Plaines, IL at the age of 84. She joins her loving husband John (Jack) O’Toole for eternity.


Meg is survived by her daughters; Patrice Foster, Jo Ann O’Toole, Maureen (Ray) Work, Margaret (Douglas) Mitchell, and Erin O’Toole; grandchildren: Brandon (Courtney), Rachel, Anna, Jack, Brianne, Suzanne, Jennifer, Mandy (Mark), Brandon, and Jessica (Evan); her sisters Mary Pat Carr, Ella May Beckers, Maureen Mulkerrin, Kathleen Burdick, sister in law Alice (Patrick) Mulkerrin.


She is preceded in death by her parents Josephine and Patrick Mulkerrin, sister Jo Ann Kirk, brother Patrick Mulkerrin, nephew Robert (Bobby) Kirk; and many more loving family members.


A private Memorial Mass Saturday, January 16, 2021, at St Linus Catholic Church, 10300 Lawler Avenue, Oak Lawn, IL 60453.
