Margaret M. Povalish, "Margie" age 83, lifelong resident of Lemont, passed away December 24, 2022. Margie worked in the insurance industry for 48 years, retiring in 2004 from the Aon Corporation. She was a eucharistic minister which was a great honor and privilege to her and she was active in various church activities and the church choir. Preceded in death by her parents, Edmund L. and Pearl A. nee Wozniak, Povalish; her brother, Edmund A. (late Betty) Povalish; and her sister, Eleanor Povalish. Margie is survived by many relatives and dear friends. Lying in state Wednesday, December 28, 2022, from 9 a.m. until time of Mass at 10 a.m. at SS. Cyril & Methodius Church, 608 Sobieski St. Lemont. Interment SS. Cyril & Methodius Cemetery.
