I got to know Margaret from St. David's Episcopal Church where she and Alan regularly attended the 8:00 o'clock morning prayer service. They were delightful people - warm, funny, and devout. Margaret had a wonderful sense of humor and often had witty observations on the world around us. She was a kind, quiet, good-hearted person who had accomplished so very much in her decades and yet was always so modest about these achievements.
